Position Overview:
As an Advanced Respiratory Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional respiratory therapy services. Under the guidance of the Director, you will provide professional respiratory care in alignment with physician directives and established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Patient Assessment:** Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' respiratory conditions and develop tailored therapy plans.
2. **Equipment Management:** Set up and maintain advanced respiratory equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
3. **Medication Administration:** Administer prescribed inhalant medications and provide comprehensive education to patients and their families.
4. **Neonatal Care:** Specialize in neonatal respiratory therapy, including ventilator management and high-frequency ventilation techniques.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes and effective communication regarding patient progress.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain compliance with safety standards and contribute to a culture of patient safety by identifying and mitigating risks.

Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in respiratory care practices and participate in ongoing education initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Pediatric Cardiac Life Support (PALS) certification required within the first month of employment.
- Strong communication skills, with a preference for bilingual candidates.
