Are you ready to unlock your potential with a leading healthcare provider? We are seeking a dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our Patient Care Unit, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, the Respiratory Therapist will deliver cardiopulmonary services in alignment with established practices and standards. Responsibilities include:

  1. Applying specialized knowledge of cardiopulmonary principles to provide critical care services.
  2. Conducting diagnostic studies utilizing advanced respiratory procedures.
  3. Implementing general therapy techniques based on respiratory principles.
  4. Performing various duties as assigned to support patient care.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • PALS certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT/RCP) certification from the Texas Medical Board.
  • CRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting.
