Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized sales experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Toyota and Lexus products, features, and technologies to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, other sales team members, and dealership staff to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and stay up-to-date on Toyota and Lexus products, features, and technologies.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Background Check: Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
