Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented B2B Sales Support Representative to join our team at Cellular Sales. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in connecting business customers with our representatives nationwide.

About the Role

As a B2B Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to business customers, ensuring their wireless needs are met.
  • Utilizing various lead sources to reach out to customers and align them with available business representatives in their area.
  • Gathering and processing customer information, and dispositioning calls at the end of conversations.
  • Inserting notes of customer interactions and/or transactions, and recording details of actions taken.
  • Providing inbound support for market representatives calling with business-related issues and questions.
  • Meeting or exceeding established daily metrics (calls/sales/follow-up calls) and performance standards.
  • Communicating professionally and accurately to customers, following company standards/protocols.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company compliance and security measures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Adaptability: Maintaining effectiveness in reaching set goals by adapting to changed circumstances, tasks, responsibilities, and people.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic typing and computer skills.
  • Experience with outbound calling preferred.
