We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented B2B Sales Support Representative to join our team at Cellular Sales. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in connecting business customers with our representatives nationwide.
About the Role
As a B2B Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to business customers, ensuring their wireless needs are met.
- Utilizing various lead sources to reach out to customers and align them with available business representatives in their area.
- Gathering and processing customer information, and dispositioning calls at the end of conversations.
- Inserting notes of customer interactions and/or transactions, and recording details of actions taken.
- Providing inbound support for market representatives calling with business-related issues and questions.
- Meeting or exceeding established daily metrics (calls/sales/follow-up calls) and performance standards.
- Communicating professionally and accurately to customers, following company standards/protocols.
- Ensuring adherence to all company compliance and security measures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Attention to detail: Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.

- Planning and Organizing: Setting priorities and defining actions, time, and resources needed to achieve predefined goals.
- Written Communication: Expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well-organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents; utilizing language and terminology.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- A High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Basic typing and computer skills.
- Experience with outbound calling preferred.
