About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Josh Sherrill Insurance Agency. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and follow up with potential customers to uncover potential upsells and new clients
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue expectations and lead-generating activities
- Identify and resolve potential obstacles to close deals
- Present our solution to prospects, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, providing them with the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
Requirements
- A consistent top performer in sales
- Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
- High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to prospects, clients, and team alike
