Job Summary

Keffer Kia is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to drive sales and growth in our dealership. This full-time position offers a competitive base pay plus commission, allowing individuals to earn up to $30,000 per year in the fast-paced and exciting auto industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on leads to schedule appointments and consultations with potential customers
  • Understand and promote the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
  • Collaborate with sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the auto industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using technology and computer systems
