CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a results-driven leader to join our organization. With 120 years of industry leadership, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients, while also identifying new opportunities for growth. Your expertise will be essential in training and mentoring a small team, and you'll have the opportunity to advance to the Agency Director role as you master our systems and processes. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. Key Responsibilities:
• Service existing client base with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Research new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationships.
• Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
• Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of performance.
• Daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, providing valuable insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving growth and success within the organization.
Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success and a desire to continue growing and learning.
• Knowledge of CRMs, with a preference for Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
• Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
• Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
• 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
