Job Opportunity: Physician Liaison

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Liaison to join our team in North Charlotte. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with physicians and clinical practices in the area.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate referral leads and build relationships with physicians and clinical practices.
  • Assist physician groups and clinical practice partners through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Leverage company resources to showcase products and services to physicians and clinical practices.
  • Represent FYZICAL at trade shows and events to expand awareness of our brand and services.
  • Collaborate with FYZICAL headquarters to ensure selling resources and materials are current and relevant.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to solicit patient referrals from existing and prospective physician networks.
  • Manage and analyze CRM data to generate referral opportunities.
  • Engage with targeted community and business groups to expand awareness of the FYZICAL brand and services.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns to promote FYZICAL's services.
  • Report business transactions and expenses accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve physician referral inconsistencies.
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the area healthcare system and providers.
  • Existing relationships with Charlotte area physicians and clinical groups are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based technologies, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • Passion for helping others and demonstrating professionalism and high integrity.
