Executive Chef

At J & S Ice Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining inventory, ordering from vendors, and ensuring food quality and time sensitivity.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and place orders with vendors as needed.
- Oversee the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor food quality and plating to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Address any issues that may arise in the kitchen in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with other Operation Managers and Owner to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and staff evaluations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience with food, liquor, and beer ordering and inventory management.
- Possession or ability to obtain Food Handler's permit upon employment.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
