Executive Chef Opportunity at Montage International

At Montage International, we're passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. As an Executive Chef, you'll play a key role in shaping the culinary vision of our hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the strategic vision of our culinary program, ensuring exceptional quality and profitability.
  • Lead a team of sous chefs and line associates, providing training, supervision, and scheduling.
  • Execute menu items, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of sanitation and organization.
  • Enhance the quality of food products, responding to market trends and guest needs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Committee to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a comparable hotel environment.
  • Expertise in food product, presentation, quality, and preparation, as well as menu concept and design.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, focus on guest needs, and maintain a calm and courteous demeanor.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $115,000 to $145,000.
