Security Scheduler Role at Condor Security Consulting Inc

The Security Scheduler at Condor Security Consulting Inc will oversee the management of shift assignments for security staff. This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of security officers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Shift Management:
    • Create and uphold schedules for security personnel.
    • Modify schedules as necessary.
  • Staffing Oversight:
    • Ensure all security positions are adequately staffed.
    • Track and manage officer availability.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Promptly inform team members of schedule modifications.
    • Work closely with the Security Manager.
  • Record Maintenance:
    • Keep precise records of shift schedules.
    • Compile and present reports on staffing metrics.
  • Support and Development:
    • Offer guidance to security officers.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new recruits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in security scheduling.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Familiarity with scheduling software.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
    • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
