The Sales Executive will be instrumental in our dynamic SaaS and mobile landscape, spearheading strategic sales initiatives across healthcare organizations to meet revenue targets and growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and secure new business for Steer Health while nurturing existing accounts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer leaders (CMO, CNO, CMIO, CIO) to exceed revenue targets and quotas
  • Negotiate complex agreements effectively
  • Project future sales outcomes
  • Utilize consultative and value-based selling techniques from initial engagement to closing
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of new business prospects through both inbound and outbound sales strategies
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and proposals as required
  • Prospect and build a pipeline in collaboration with marketing initiatives

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including industry trends, operational workflows, financial metrics, performance indicators, and competitive landscape.
