Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and consultative Sales Consultant to join our team at Insperity. As a Business Performance Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying small and mid-sized businesses to offer our human resource services and technology. You will call on business owners virtually and in person to explain how our HR solutions can help solve their challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with small and mid-sized businesses to offer Insperity's human resource services and technology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers to understand their HR challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our service team to ensure seamless delivery of our HR solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Consultative sales experience with a focus on human resources or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR challenges faced by small and mid-sized businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
