Sales Executive for Healthcare Solutions

The Steer Health organization is in search of a seasoned sales expert with a robust history in selling healthcare technology solutions and applications. This individual will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a vast network of prospective clients and will be comfortable with regular travel commitments. The Account Executive will be instrumental in our dynamic SaaS and mobile landscape, spearheading strategic sales initiatives across healthcare institutions to meet revenue targets and growth aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and secure new business opportunities while enhancing current client relationships.
  • Establish and maintain connections with key customer executives (CMO, CNO, CMIO, CIO) to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Expertise in negotiating intricate contracts.
  • Project future sales performance accurately.
  • Employ a consultative and value-driven sales approach from initial engagement to closing.
  • Develop and oversee a sales pipeline of new business prospects through both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and proposals as required.
  • Identify and cultivate a pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with marketing initiatives.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including prevailing trends, operational workflows, financial metrics, performance indicators, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing complex contract negotiations.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude that contribute to the Steer Health culture; strong leadership capabilities.
  • A proactive approach to pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Formal training in methodologies such as Challenger Sales, Strategic Selling, or Solution Selling.
