Experience in cash-based clinical sales, particularly in areas such as DENTAL (including prosthodontics and veneers), laser hair removal, or cosmetic surgery, is preferred, although we welcome all qualified applicants.
The Sales Specialist must be a highly motivated and competitive individual, preferably with experience in elective healthcare procedures within an out-of-pocket medical practice. We are looking for a skilled professional who can effectively address patient objections while clearly communicating the advantages of our services. Responsibilities include conducting sales discussions, meeting with patients, and guiding them through treatment options. Regular follow-ups with patients to cultivate and maintain relationships are essential, as is ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction. Achieving consistent sales growth by enhancing clinic revenue through marketing feedback and community outreach is a critical aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities: Engage in sales discussions with prospective patients seeking alternatives to surgery and pain management. Comprehend the details of each treatment offered and articulate them as directed by the medical provider. Review medical provider notes and discuss treatment options with patients. Acquire treatment plans from medical providers to present to new patients. Learn and communicate the specific language for each treatment option as prescribed. Address any imaging-related inquiries from patients after diagnosis. Respond to financial questions from new patients. Provide explanations of recommended procedures, financial breakdowns, and financing alternatives. Achieve a closing rate of over 50% with an average of 12-15 patients seen daily. Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to ensure a steady influx of patients. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness. Drive year-over-year sales growth. Contribute to increasing overall practice revenue.
