Client Success Manager I, Service Provider

Compensation Range: $66,000 base with additional potential variable of $44,000, plus equity

Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be part of a dedicated sales team aimed at driving growth in Annual Recurring Revenue. Your focus will be on cross-selling additional products and enhancing the retention of existing services among our customer and partner base. This position is essential for nurturing relationships and delivering top-tier cybersecurity solutions through the Huntress platform.
This role emphasizes net dollar retention through product expansion and customer satisfaction, while also fostering partner loyalty and maintaining high engagement levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned quotas based on expansion and renewal metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and promote partner adoption.
- Uphold and promote Huntress' core values.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within partner organizations.
- Implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to ensure effective communication with customers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in Account Management or Sales roles, preferably targeting mid-market clients.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is essential.
- Familiarity with the MSP sector, particularly in cybersecurity, is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong proactive approach with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
