Position Overview

The primary focus of this role is to uphold client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and generating value for our clientele. You will engage daily with clients and collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily implementation of clients' marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the main liaison for deliverables between the internal Merkle team and clients, ensuring effective tactical execution and account updates.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client services or account management within an advertising agency, marketing firm, or client-side marketing department, with proficiency in:
  • Creative development and production across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Digital marketing strategies.
  • Integrated marketing across multiple channels.
  • Management of extensive and intricate email campaigns.
  • Operational oversight, including leading status meetings and managing campaign logistics and resource allocation.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Email Studio, Content Builder, and Journey Builder.

This position is fully remote and reports to the head of delivery.
