The Key Client Relationship Manager will act as the principal liaison for clients, with a particular emphasis on Lifecycle support. Primary Responsibilities

Account Oversight:

Establish and uphold robust, enduring client relationships. Act as the primary contact for all client account management service issues. Facilitate contract negotiations and finalize agreements to enhance market share and associated profits. Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with client needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and expand opportunities within the North American market.

Strategic Development:

Formulate strategic plans for key accounts, aligning with clients' business goals. Discover new business prospects within existing accounts. Conduct market research and analysis to comprehend the competitive landscape and client needs. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to assist them in achieving their objectives.

Service Excellence:

Ensure a high standard of service delivery to clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction. Develop and implement client service improvement initiatives based on feedback and best practices. Regularly engage with clients to understand their service experience and identify areas for improvement.

Performance Evaluation:

Monitor and analyze account performance metrics. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Address client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Collaborative Efforts:

Work closely with the sales team to identify and secure growth opportunities. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product enhancements. Partner with marketing to develop tailored marketing initiatives for key accounts. Coordinate with customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;

Skills:

Strong negotiation and sales capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and solve complex challenges. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields, focusing on strategic accounts, preferably with a technical bias. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large client accounts.

The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000 USD, with potential variations based on the applicant's location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
