Primary Responsibilities

Client Account Management:

Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the principal contact for all matters related to client account management services. Assist in contract negotiations and finalize agreements to enhance market presence and profitability. Guarantee timely and effective delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and expand opportunities within the North American market.

Strategic Development:

Formulate strategic plans for key accounts, aligning with the clients' business goals. Discover new business prospects within existing client accounts. Conduct market analysis to comprehend the competitive environment and client requirements. Offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients to assist them in achieving their objectives.

Excellence in Service Delivery:

Ensure a high caliber of service delivery to clients, addressing their needs swiftly and effectively. Work in conjunction with customer support teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction. Develop and execute client service enhancement initiatives based on feedback and industry best practices. Regularly engage with clients to gauge their service experience and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and evaluate account performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including sales metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Collaborative Efforts:

Partner closely with the sales team to identify and secure growth opportunities. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into product enhancements. Work with marketing to create tailored marketing strategies for key accounts. Coordinate with customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline;

Skills:

Strong negotiation and sales capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve complex challenges. Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. High level of integrity and reliability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and participate in industry events.

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields, with a focus on strategic accounts, ideally with a technical emphasis. Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets and managing substantial client accounts.

The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000 USD, with potential variations based on the applicant's location. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus.
