Are you dedicated to delivering exceptional client service while utilizing your accounting knowledge to drive meaningful results? As a Client Financial Services Manager at Accounting Plus, you will be instrumental in fostering the financial well-being of our esteemed clients. Collaborating closely with the Controller/CFO within our innovative Plus Pod team, you will establish yourself as a trusted partner and oversee a diverse portfolio of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for a designated group of clients, cultivating strong relationships and fulfilling their accounting requirements.
  • Manage comprehensive client accounting tasks within QuickBooks Online (QBO), including monthly reconciliations, sales tax submissions, and 1099 preparations.
  • Supervise payroll processing, administration, and reporting, ensuring precision and adherence to regulations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding their accounts, providing timely updates and addressing any questions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition of their financial information.

Primary Objectives:

  • Handle a substantial volume of client work, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and surpass client expectations.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of all financial data, equipping clients with trustworthy information to aid their business decisions.
  • Execute payroll processes flawlessly, minimizing errors and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare precise and insightful financial statements, empowering Controllers, CFOs, and clients to make informed financial choices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in either private or public accounting.
  • Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online.
  • Outstanding time management, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
