Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the assigned store. This includes managing personnel, fostering strong relationships with customers and vendors, maintaining inventory control, and supervising daily store operations. The Supervisor is also tasked with implementing and upholding company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the manager on duty, overseeing store operations, including team member activities, sales floor management, and addressing escalated customer service issues.
  • Balancing cash and product inventory daily, while training team members on reconciliation processes.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and sales trends, providing feedback to the Dispensary Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and state regulations through the enforcement of company policies.
  • Conducting audits of communication records and patient intake for accuracy.
  • Managing recruitment and hiring processes, including participating in interviews and making hiring recommendations.
  • Advising on staffing needs and preparing store schedules.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand sales.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management, leading a diverse team.
  • Preferred college degree.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Ability to lead a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in a high-transaction, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
