We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Operations Supervisor to join our Electric Division in Massachusetts. This is a hybrid role that requires living within a commutable distance to one of our locations.
Job PurposeThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely review of construction designs, plans, and construction schedules to meet business plan goals. They will also interface externally with major industrial and commercial customers, as well as relevant external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise direct reports in their response to system outages and contingencies.
- Motivate, counsel, coach, and develop direct reports and others; establish clearly defined goals and standards of divisional employee performance.
- Ensure proper administration of the labor agreement and all safety and human resource policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective communications with Union Leadership and all department employees.
- Effective planning, leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work off-hours and on-call rotations, including travel outside the division for emergency assignments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with specialized training in basic electricity and electric theory, national application standards, and job-related experience.
- Technically proficient within subject matter with some experience leading a team involved in operations and maintenance.
We offer a competitive salary range of $101,000 - $119,000 and a career path that provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position.
