This is a fully remote role, reporting directly to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer.

Job Summary:

As an Account Executive with Northwest Talent Solutions, you will lead our efforts in expanding the firm's private industry and government client base. This role requires a polished, entrepreneurial, strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, team management, and a deep understanding of the third-party recruitment landscape across Staff Augmentation, Retained Search, and RPO (Recruitment Placement Outsourcing).

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute on impactful business development strategies to drive growth and to achieve monthly, and quarterly new contract goals.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key clients through high level, consultative approaches and highly professional engagement, fully understanding their hiring needs and remaining focused on keen delivery.
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how Northwest Talent Solutions can partner with them on solving hiring challenges.
  4. Market Analysis: Consistently conduct thorough market research, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the shifting market demands that positively or negatively impact our business.
  5. Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the executive team to continuously improve our differentiated marketability and to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team and external partners to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Effectively implement a cost-effective, scalable CRM to monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure meaningful growth and accountability.
Qualifications:
I. Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
II. Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development as an entrepreneur business owner or within a third-party staffing/recruitment firm environment or
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Influence Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire peers to scale beyond the talent bar.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and make informed business decisions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry and the commitment to remain abreast of the ever-changing market trends.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets within the staffing/recruitment industry.
Compensation:

Compensation for this role is commission-based with a draw. The commission structure is highly industry competitive and offers:
  • A monthly draw
  • 10% of each received retained or contingency search fee
  • 10% of the hourly margin for each new client Staff Augmentation engagement for the length of the contract
  • 10% for candidates sourced and successfully placed on a private industry or government clien
  • 5% of the total RPO engagement fee sold, paid out MoM through the length of the RPO contract
