QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications:
- 13+ years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) or in driving digital transformation.
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in relevant industries or driving digital transformation.
- Master's Degree and 9+ years of experience in relevant industries or driving digital transformation.
- 6+ years of experience collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
- 8+ years of experience in closing large, complex agreements.
Experience with the Intelligence Community mission owners/operators is essential.
Other Qualifications:
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Ability to meet Microsoft and government security screening requirements.
Experience in driving digital transformation within the Intelligence Community is highly desirable. Familiarity with the mission side of the Intelligence Community is a plus.
CompensationThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year, with variations for specific locations.
Account Strategic Programs ManagementIn this role, you will:
- Develop strategies to execute plans for assigned customers, ensuring Microsoft and partner sales goals are met.
- Orchestrate the execution of strategies to drive high-volume sales and open new opportunities.
- Lead a diverse team in executing account plans and growing the account.
- Expand strategic networks of key partners and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop tailored account plans.
You will:
- Build relationships with mission customers and industry leaders to shape strategic direction.
- Engage in discussions to evolve customer business models using Microsoft capabilities.
- Generate insights to solve customer business challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating relationships across multiple levels of the customer's organization.
- Articulating Microsoft's and partners' perspectives to drive purchase decisions.
- Understanding customer needs and delivering insights on their business strategies.
