Position Overview

About Microsoft Federal

The Microsoft Federal division was created to meet the specific mission, legal, and regulatory requirements of the United States Government (USG).

We are committed to ensuring that our resources, including qualified and certified personnel, are available to adapt to the evolving needs of the USG.

Our personnel may serve in various capacities within the Microsoft Federal organization throughout their careers, addressing the diverse needs of Civilian, Defense, or Intelligence Community segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals for assigned accounts, generating qualified leads and creating high-value revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee the execution of strategies to maximize sales engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse team to ensure effective plan execution and accountability.
  • Expand and nurture a strategic network of internal and external partners to enhance account management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop tailored account plans that promote long-term growth.
  • Influence stakeholders to drive change and improve Microsoft offerings based on customer insights.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of experience in relevant industries or driving digital transformation.
  • 6+ years of experience collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
  • 8+ years of experience in closing complex agreements.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in driving digital transformation within the Intelligence Community.
  • Proven track record in strategic account management.
Compensation

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year, with variations for specific locations.
