The Microsoft Federal division was created to meet the distinct mission, legal, regulatory, and procurement requirements of the United States Government (USG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with Microsoft and partner sales goals.
  • Oversee the execution of strategies to maximize engagement and drive revenue growth, while identifying new opportunities for Microsoft and its partners.
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse team to execute account plans effectively, leveraging industry expertise.
  • Expand and maintain a strategic network of key internal and external stakeholders to enhance account management.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to create tailored account plans that foster long-term growth and impact.
  • Influence stakeholders to drive change and enhance team capabilities, adapting Microsoft's offerings to meet customer needs.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of experience in industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, or Technology, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • 6+ years of experience collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
  • 8+ years of experience in closing complex agreements.
  • Experience working with mission owners/operators in the Intelligence Community.

Other Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Ability to meet Microsoft and government security screening requirements.
  • Experience driving digital transformation within the Intelligence Community.
Compensation

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year, with variations based on specific work locations.
