How you'll make an impact:
SiriusXM Media is looking for an Enterprise Senior Sales Executive to play a critical role in developing and managing successful advertising programs for Entertainment clients. This individual contributor will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing business with advertisers and ad agencies and developing new business.

What you'll do:
  • Proactively grow and maintain an Entertainment strategic account list that includes large agencies and direct Entertainment clients.
  • Prospect and close new and direct business while focused on developing and growing current book of business.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Execute and deliver high quality responses to all RFPs.
  • Manage activity using Salesforce.com.
  • Create and deliver innovative sales presentations, incorporating industry research and campaign performance data.
  • Maintain proactive client/agency communication in person and email to ensure partners are up to date on relevant insights and opportunities at SiriusXM Media
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.
  • Develop key senior level ad agency and direct client relationships in order to effectively build and maintain territory ad revenue vs. budget.
  • Successfully work cross-functionally with Satellite, Podcasts, SoundCloud, and Streaming Sales Development partners to craft compelling solutions for our partners.
  • Actively participate in trainings and growth opportunities that are provided by SiriusXM Media.
What you'll need:
  • Must have minimum 5 + years digital advertising sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • Must have prior relationships with brands/agencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on digital audio, radio, television (cable/broadcast), mobile and digital platforms.
  • Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline, and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Must be creative, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.


At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $106,500 to $166,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
