Position Overview:

As a National Sales Executive, you will join the National Accounts-Albertson's team. Your role will involve enhancing performance at key national accounts through strategic planning and effective selling techniques. You will be responsible for profitably managing business outcomes (volume, share, profit) for assigned accounts while fostering valuable relationships with retailers through category management, proactive problem-solving, and relationship management.

This position reports to the Sales Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful execution of customer plans across various regions through effective communication and leadership.
  • Establish strong relationships with retailers, providing insights on industry trends and execution strategies.
  • Develop and implement customer plans that surpass volume and profit targets.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and segmentation to create a targeted account list, executing strategies within assigned national accounts.
  • Engage in regular market activities to assess the effectiveness of our strategies and identify opportunities to become the preferred choice for customers and consumers.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years) in sales and key account management within the consumer goods or direct store delivery sectors.
