Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the IF Audit Specialist includes: Obtain and verify all necessary documents for requests to move assets from Inventory Finance lines to Rent to Own (RPO) and Dealer Owned Fleet (DORF) lines. Confirm possession of asset with end user for existing rental asset on RPO and DOFR lines in compliance with internal procedures. Upload rental documents to the Onbase and Wholesale systems ensuring the Compass system properly reflects the correct status and notes. Identify and escalate problematic situations as they arise, communicating frequently with the Funding & Operations Manager and the Risk team. Collaborate and effectively communicate with internal staff, members of the Vendor Service team and other business units. Perform other job duties as required. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Highly organized, detail oriented self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision. Desire to work within a team environment, positive attitude. Responsibility and Decision-Making Authority: Act independently. Decision-making within Company policy. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Education and Experience: College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Licensing and Certification: None.
