You will be responsible for working across the organization to support the day-to-day needs of employees and Lexington Medical while driving long-term strategy through proactively translating business goals into HR solutions that best enable our continued success in a time of accelerating growth.

What you will do:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and employment concerns, providing guidance and support.
    • Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
    • Manage leaves, on-boarding and off-boarding, terminations, and other HR programs that support employee development, team cohesion, and retention.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
    • Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Maintain and update HR records, policies, and procedures as needed to reflect changes in legislation and company policy.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
    • Drive and maintain HRIS excellence through administration, optimization, and project management.
    • Collaborate with leadership to reinforce company culture while acting as an ambassador ensuring our core values and mission are integrated into all things HR.
    • Support event planning and ideation from recognizing individual achievements and milestones through company-wide outings.
    • Evaluate, iterate, and support HR programming and projects to drive the best experience through excellent communication, training, and administration.
What you bring to the table:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of HR generalist experience
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. Experience with PEO services is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
