Key Responsibilities
- Offer guidance, training, and management in employee recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
- Assist operational teams with recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, monitoring applications, screening candidates, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the execution of pre-employment and post-employment background checks, ensuring compliance with established timelines.
- Facilitate the onboarding experience, including managing pre-hire documentation and providing necessary materials for employee records.
- Collect and maintain essential documentation for the credentialing process of clinical staff.
- Provide administrative support for data processing and management within the division.
- Conduct orientation sessions and training programs as required.
- Aid new operations in developing tracking systems for post-hire training, background checks, performance assessments, and compliance with company policies.
- Educate supervisors on the employee evaluation process and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Offer constructive feedback and recommendations for resolving conflicts and employee relations issues.
- Guide supervisors through the corrective action process, ensuring fair implementation and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct investigations in the workplace as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and relevant employment laws to provide accurate guidance.
- Manage leave administration, educating supervisors on compliance with company processes and legal requirements.
- Inform staff about the workers' compensation claim process and assist with claim management.
- Foster positive relationships with employees and management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with employees and management at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
