Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating the new hire process, maintaining employment records, and providing support during open enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the new hire process, including distributing exit interviews and tracking responses
  • Maintain up-to-date employment records and personnel files
  • Provide support during open enrollment, including serving as a benefits specialist
  • Process benefits changes in a timely manner and conduct benefit audits
  • Assure proper authorization of payroll actions and validate payroll checks
  • Input employee work schedules and time records into the workforce timekeeper system
  • Maintain applicable records for state and federal reporting

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred
  • Proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing required
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred
