They must have excellent communication and customer service skills as they serve as the point person on the day of events for clients (weddings, corporate events, and other private events). This position will ensure the clients have a top-notch experience with their event, ensuring the facility, set-up, food, and beverages all meet and exceed expectations. Pay Rate

:High School Diploma or GED Experience

:

Demonstrated, results-orientedexperience in strategizing, producing, managing, and executing professional events, small and large;

Proven track record providing customer service in the hospitality industry;

Preferred : Experience with DABS and alcohol ordering/process Competencies

:

Strong understanding of the events process and industry trends;Able to take direction and work collaboratively;Ableto work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility with shifting demands and priorities under stress;Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time;Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);Skilled at professional communication and managing customer relations;Self-driven, proactive, and takes pride in work; Preferred : Proficient in Tripleseat system; Strong understanding of AV/media Physical/Other Requirements
