Event Responsibilities:

  • Event Preparation: Participate in virtual planning sessions with stakeholders, including corporate partners and nonprofit organizations.
  • On-Site Coordination: Take charge of the event execution, ensuring setup, alignment with the on-site team, and smooth teardown. You will be the primary representative, addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Guest Management: Oversee the check-in process, offering a warm welcome to attendees and ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues such as supply shortages or technical difficulties promptly, escalating to the Events Team when necessary.
  • Post-Event Duties: Assist in site cleanup and the repackaging of materials for return to the distribution center.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Located in the Salt Lake City area.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate event-based contracts.
  • Experience in managing both large-scale and intimate events.
  • Proven track record of executing high-quality events.
  • Resourceful and capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Quick-thinking with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about customer service and relationship building.
  • Experience in group facilitation and managing dynamics.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Capable of multitasking and handling diverse responsibilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with large groups.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
