PAY RANGE $22.23 - $27.87 Hourly - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications On-site Housing Available POSITION OVERVIEW In this role, you will supervise one or more Assistant Community Manager and Maintenance Technician and maintain working partnerships with local community groups including government officials, law enforcement, and fire safety professionals. You will collect rent and security deposits, make bank deposits, and verify resident income. You will ensure timely and accurate re-certifications, both interim and annual, and manage delinquent accounts, resident receivables, and petty cash. You will assist the Property Manager with the completion of monthly variance budget reports, annual budget preparation, and monitoring the fiscal status of the property. You will obtain all required program certifications, remain current with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., Fair Housing, HUD, TCAC, COS), and ensure property and staff are in compliance. You will complete annual and interim re-certifications accurately and on schedule and assist with the completion of MOR/TCAC reviews.
