Responsibilities:

Act as a center of competence for workflow integrations and other consulting work related to LabX laboratory software as well as compatible instruments.

Regionally focused integration and consulting for Lab solutions at global accounts (Americas, Europe, Asia).

Work with LabX business development, LabX consultants, Lab Division GKAM and MO sales/service.

Workflow and application development and support remotely or onsite (including requirements gathering, process definition, and working directly with users to the point of delivering a solution into implementation status).

Coordinate and perform advanced customer training.

Manage and coordinate regional and global integration projects.

Train and coach MO teams to increase their level of competence.

Stay current with laboratory regulations from entities such as USP, FDA, EMA, WHO.
