The RoleWe are seeking a full-time Senior Consultant to join our growing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 24+ months of experience as a recruiter, preferably in legal or professional services recruitment, or a lawyer looking to transition into a recruitment role.
Key Responsibilities- Full 360 recruitment role, including headhunting and placing legal professionals.
- Building relationships with new and existing clients in the market.
- Identifying candidates and building project lists.
- Conducting headhunting calls and meetings with potential candidates.
- Market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Specifying candidates to perspective clients.
- Preparing and debriefing with both candidates and clients.
- Updating our database with all candidate information and recruitment processes for the team.
- Collecting intel on hiring trends and recent people moves and reporting to the team.
- Closing candidates and acting as an advisor to both candidates and clients during the process.
- Drafting job adverts and job specifications.
- Assisting with drafting blogs and other marketing materials.
- Assisting with salary guides.
- Running client meetings.
- Obtaining testimonials and writing up case studies.
- 24+ months of recruitment experience, preferably in legal recruitment, but not essential.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, but not essential.
- High attention to detail.
- Passion for contributing to the growth of a dynamic organization.
- Drive to grow and develop every day.
- Interest in the global legal landscape.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- A proactive, positive, and energetic approach and attitude.
