Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our expanding go-to-market team. This role presents a unique opportunity to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, where you will engage with cutting-edge technologies in observability, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cyber security. This position has been created in response to our sustained success over the past decade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement proof-of-value installations to demonstrate our solutions.
  • Conduct technical training sessions based on findings from proof-of-value engagements.
  • Effectively communicate with prospects to address their needs through both verbal and written communication.
  • Contribute significantly as an individual while fostering collaboration within a team-oriented culture.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills throughout the sales process, including customer support and troubleshooting.
  • Create documentation tailored for prospects.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within the designated region.

Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years in technical roles such as Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect, preferably in IT consulting services related to product engineering or cyber security.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of observability concepts and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex initiatives and achieving successful results.
  • Experience in closing intricate IT consulting services with enterprise clients and supporting sales teams.
  • Background in a high-growth startup environment is advantageous.
