**CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR**

The Sales Support Coordinator is a challenging, dynamic position based at our US headquarters in San Jose, CA. The position is the company's point of contact for customers and their strategic sales force throughout the United States. The position is responsible for working with the Sales and Customer Support teams, SalesForce, and customers to establish, maintain, and improve the business relationship between the customer and Lumenis. The position has high visibility within the company and frequently requires interfacing with senior-level management..

**Responsibilities**

* Support a highly energetic and results-orientated internal and external sales support team.

* Receive and process orders for capital equipment while adhering to the company's booking policy

* Answer inbound sales and customer calls

* Liaison with finance, logistics and other groups within the company to ensure delivery of product to the customer, and timely and accurate revenue recognition.

* Process after sale orders and communicate order status to customers

* Answer inbound sales and customer calls

* Manage backlog and shipment requirements

* Identify potential order/shipment issues and escalate then to management

* Resolve all issues regarding orders, delivery, and pricing to resolution

* Process trade-ins, returns, and credit requests

* Consistently apply company policies and procedures in a day to day operation

* Take on additional projects when assigned

**Minimum Requirements:**

* 5-7 years of experience in a Sales Support environment, preferable within the medical device industry

* Experienced, self-motivated individual who will consistently provide world-class service to both internal and external customers

* Reliability, accountability a must

* Positive work ethic and the ability to exercise mature judgement

* Team player who can also work well independently while taking ownership of areas of responsibility

* Strong oral, written and interpersonal and customer-service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette

* Ability to think analytically, set priorities and meet deadlines.

* Detailed oriented with great organizational skills and the ability to multitask

* Demonstrate initiative in researching and resolving customer issues

* Ability to provide mathematical concepts and calculations

* Sounds decision making skills

* Ability to interpret policies and procedures and communication effectively

* Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matter

* Proficient in SAP and MicroSoft Office, Salesforce and Service Max is a plus

* Self-motivated
