Job Overview:
*This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.
We are in search of a motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist in executing our marketing strategies.

Your role will be crucial in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and promote our services.

A Marketing Coordinator should possess a strong understanding of consumer behavior and be able to generate innovative marketing ideas. The objective is to implement effective marketing programs that contribute to our brand reputation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company objectives.
Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Craft compelling copy for posts and collaborate with graphic designers and external vendors to produce high-quality visual content, including animations and videos.

Community Engagement:
Foster and grow a community of followers across social media channels.

Respond to and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.

Build relationships with influencers and partners to enhance our online presence.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
Provide regular reports on performance metrics and suggest adjustments for improved outcomes.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct social listening to track relevant conversations and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and familiarity with best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, SproutSocial) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Temporary assignment.

Salary Range: $32-$45/hr

The offered salary will be determined based on various factors, including location, experience, education, and comparison to existing employees in similar roles.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
