Position: Client Support Assistant

Onsite role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PT

Full-time opportunity, compensation at $26 per hour

Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are highly preferred.

Role Overview:

This is a temporary position designed to cover for an associate on leave, with potential for permanent placement for an exceptional candidate.

Equipment: Laptop will be provided.

Preferred Experience: Background in financial services, such as banking or retirement services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and authorize incoming benefit applications.
  • Systematically organize and file applications, both electronically and in paper format.
  • Conduct follow-up communications regarding applications.
  • Monitor and update loan applications.
  • Catalog and track weekly benefit disbursements.
  • Prepare and send out correspondence.
  • Assist with sorting and distributing mail.
  • Perform scanning of incoming mail.
  • Organize electronic files efficiently.
  • Execute data entry and review tasks.
  • Provide general office support, including periodic mailings and filing.
