Role Objective: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to enhance our operations. This role will involve collaborating with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to align strategies for the designated territory and serve as the main contact for our agents regarding daily operations. The individual will also play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the territory.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with the BDM to formulate and implement sales strategies for the assigned region.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all agent-related support, inquiries, and problem resolution.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with agents, understanding their requirements and offering assistance as needed.
  • Support the BDM in generating leads and managing opportunities, including the consolidation and review of bid documents.
  • Provide and monitor quotes, working alongside Agents, the BDM, and internal teams to optimize our proposals.
  • Handle incoming sales requests and co-create outbound initiatives to stimulate engagement and new business.
  • Assist with initial prospecting, delivering warm leads to the BDM as required.
  • Oversee the growth, updates, and progress of the Salesforce pipeline.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, and Product Marketing to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage internal applications for the BDM, including New Agent Setup, Inventory Requests, Sample Requests, RMAs, etc.
  • Assist the BDM in tracking weekly and monthly sales forecasts, territory budgets, and other relevant reports.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Outside Sales.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain successful business relationships.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP systems and processes is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
