Data Analysis and Optimization: - Review and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for optimizing business transactions. - Develop actionable insights and strategies to enhance business processes. HRIS Transactions: - Execute business process transactions, including HRIS (Workday) operations, to meet global and regional business needs. - Ensure accuracy and compliance in HRIS data management. Policy Guidance and Inquiry Resolution: - Provide guidance and resolve day-to-day inquiries by interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures. - Identify issues that require escalation to Centers of Excellence and ensure timely resolution. Service Delivery and SLA Management: - Meet the changing needs of the business while ensuring high-quality service delivery within defined SLAs. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements in HR legislation and employment laws. - Process Improvement and Automation: - Actively participate in process documentation and improvement initiatives with a focus on automation. - Analyze shared services metrics/KPIs and reporting adherence to recommend and implement continuous improvements. Collaboration and Program Implementation: - Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to understand business needs and implement programs. - Support the improvement of processes and contribute to the design of local and global HR initiatives. Team Leadership and Project Management: - Lead team projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion. - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Who You Are:

Experience: - Minimum 5 years in an HR Generalist role. - 2-3 years of experience working directly with employees and managers in a global shared services model. Skills and Competencies: - Strong judgment and ability to independently take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures. - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Well-versed in HR business processes and compliance requirements. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and provide/accept feedback. - Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. - High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. - Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive with strong ownership of responsibilities. - Proven conflict management and resolution skills. - Experience leading and developing teams. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in HR databases such as Workday. - Experience with KPIs and SLAs to enhance global and regional service delivery. - Strong administration, organization, and project management skills. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency in Workday, Jira, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Confluence.
