Incumbents are tasked with clerical duties that necessitate specialized program knowledge to support ongoing operations and services. This role is distinguished by occasional exposure to confidential employee relations information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Conduct background checks for new hires and volunteers, reviewing reports for any concerns.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and document management.
  • Handle mail distribution and oversee badge printing for employees.
  • Process monthly Service Awards and assist with new hire documentation.
  • Input and update information in the Human Resources Payroll System.
  • Coordinate appointments for new employees and manage leave of absence paperwork.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with research data collection.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
