Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Compliance Specialist is tasked with ensuring adherence to HR regulations at the Federal, State, and Organizational levels. This role involves maintaining comprehensive employee records related to licensure, certifications, evaluations, orientations, and competencies.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources

Preferred:

  • SHRM certification
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
