Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct operational assessments within the Revenue Cycle. Document high-level requirements and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) throughout the testing and training phases, ensuring alignment with the IT Project Manager. Capture and validate detailed business requirements, working closely with business owners to finalize documentation.
Workflow Analysis and Future Planning: The Senior Analyst will lead sessions to assess current workflows and develop future state documentation and dashboards. Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, outlining the project scope. Support the creation of business cases for significant projects to facilitate executive review and approval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in healthcare solutions.
- Proven expertise in business analysis.
- Experience in scoping requirements for both business and application stakeholders.
- Background in the healthcare sector, with a foundational understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance standards is advantageous.
