Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Solutions to lead our initiatives and contribute to our corporate objectives. This role will involve overseeing a portfolio of Business Solutions Contracts and ensuring effective program management and oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of Business Solutions Contracts, ensuring effective management of cost, schedule, personnel, and performance.
- Supervise Program Managers to support the execution of their respective projects.
- Establish and enforce standards and processes across programs to maintain consistency and quality.
- Integrate resources across multiple projects, ensuring cohesive program management.
- Report on financial metrics, including return on investment, to corporate leadership.
- Support the preparation and quality assurance of technical and financial contract deliverables.
- Participate in operational planning and strategy development aligned with corporate goals.
- Engage in business development activities, including pipeline management and capture management.
- Act as Transition Manager for awarded contracts and manage customer relationships.
- Represent PSI Services at industry events and foster collaboration with industry partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance, subject to government background investigation.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in program management.
- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Supervisory experience, including performance management and training development.
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Strong independent working skills with the ability to interface with senior/executive level customers.
- Experience in contract financial management is essential.
- Familiarity with Navy Working Capital Fund and General Fund is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for program financial management, acquisition, and logistics is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Education Requirements:
A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, coupled with an additional six (6) years of directly related experience, may substitute for the master's degree.
