- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, selecting and training, mentoring, and establishing performance expectations.
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 3 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or relevant area.
- Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- 3 years' supervisory experience.
- 2 years' experience working with cross-functional teams.
- 2 years' experience in sales in the Automotive space.
- Experience in the automotive e-commerce category.
- Seller-obsessed and relationship-driven.
- Track record of developing and closing high-impact deals.
- Visionary with ability to distinguish from competition.
- Results-oriented with proven track record of leadership and taking ownership.
- Ability to lead by influence and translate between commercial and operational audiences.
