Job Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Investment Fund Analyst is to manage all facets of the fund, which includes:
1. Overseeing the fund's investments and operational activities.
2. Identifying investment prospects and performing comprehensive due diligence (financial, legal, and regulatory) along with risk assessments.
3. Facilitating Merger and Acquisition processes.
4. Structuring and negotiating investment agreements.
5. The Analyst is expected to cultivate and enhance potential investment avenues and maintain a robust pipeline.
6. Collaborating with financial institutions to gather insights and stay updated on the latest trends in the Real Estate industry.
7. Managing transaction risks effectively.
8. Ensuring process control, management, and compliance with deal requirements.
9. Developing various financial models to evaluate the implications of different investment choices.
10. Assessing and preparing financial analyses for potential deals.
11. Evaluating incoming real estate opportunities (residential, commercial, or industrial) to support the expansion of the real estate portfolio.
12. Coordinating with developers to ensure disbursements align with approved budgets and project timelines.13. Delivering analytical reports, performance assessments, and valuations.
