Position Summary:

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all Food and Beverage operations in assigned outlet and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Customer Service:
    • Maintain a customer-focused approach, addressing and resolving guest complaints and feedback promptly.
    • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond to guest concerns and comments.
    • Ensure all food and beverage items are presented and served to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise Food and Beverage staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
    • Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
    • Proven experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
    • Experience in staff training and development.
